  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • Personalized Items: Please double-check your customization details before submitting your order. Returns based on customer input errors cannot be accepted. However, we understand mistakes happen and offer a discount for a corrected reorder.
